Job summary

The Victory Harbour SRP invites a Learning Support Assistant to join our ambitious team supporting SEMH pupils. You will work with individuals and groups, monitoring progress under the SENCO, and help foster inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning in the classroom (primary or secondary).
• Assist in the promotion of high standards of behaviour and conduct.
• Be a team player with great communication and organisational skills.
• Support colleagues as directed in all aspects of learning, personal development and emotional literacy.

Responsibilities

• Work with individual students and groups, as directed by SENCO.
• Monitor progress for individuals and support learning activities.
• Provide patient, caring support to SEMH students within SRP.
