Job summary

Senovo is recruiting an SEMH Learning Mentor for a supportive specialist school in Hackney. This is an opportunity to build trusted relationships and help pupils re-engage with learning, routines and positive school experiences.

You will provide consistent mentoring and learning support for pupils with social, emotional and mental-health needs, deliver planned activities, and share observations with teaching and pastoral colleagues to maintain consistent support.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEMH education, youth work, mentoring, behaviour support or care.
• You remain calm under pressure and use respectful, restorative approaches.
• QTS is not required for this support role.
