Job summary

Senovo Capital Management GmbH is seeking an SEMH Learning Mentor for a supportive specialist school in Hackney. This role offers the opportunity to build trusted relationships and help pupils re-engage with learning, routines and positive school experiences.

You will provide consistent mentoring and learning support for pupils with social, emotional and mental-health needs, helping them regulate, reflect and return to learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEMH education, youth work, mentoring, behaviour support or care is welcomed.
• You remain calm under pressure and use respectful, restorative approaches.
• You understand boundaries, safeguarding and the importance of reliable routines.
• QTS is not required for this support role.
