Job summary

Cams Hill School is seeking a Learning Coach for its SEMH Resourced Provision. You will deliver educational and therapeutic learning programs and support SEMH pupils to engage with mainstream lessons. You will work collaboratively with staff, and case-hold your own pupils across Years 7–11.

The role emphasises empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a supportive school community.

• Applicants must be highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning programs and interventions (educational and therapeutic) for SEMH pupils.
• Support SEMH pupils to navigate school life and access mainstream lessons.
• Case-hold a portfolio of pupils and work across the curriculum in Years 7–11.
