Job summary

Academics are assisting a SEMH primary school in Hemel Hempstead by recruiting a Learning Mentor to support pupils with emotional and behavioural needs. You will provide 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping pupils feel safe, confident and ready to engage with learning.

Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will develop trusting relationships, support regulation and resilience, and help children access the curriculum with positive strategies and consistent encouragement.
