Job summary

Dilkes Academy, a member of Catalyst Academies Trust, is seeking a dynamic SEMH Lead to work with pupils aged 5-11 with complex learning needs. The role focuses on delivering an ambitious, tailored curriculum through EHCPs, developed with parents and external professionals, to ensure every learner thrives.

You will lead, inspire and develop staff to provide bespoke SEMH support within classrooms, while collaborating with families and external partners to achieve excellent outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEMH provision in primary settings.
• Strong collaboration with parents, carers and external professionals.
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning experiences that engage and motivate pupils.
• Line manage support staff to provide tailored SEMH support in the classroom.
