North Worcester Primary Academy is seeking a passionate SEMH inclusion teaching assistant to work mainly 1:1 with pupils who have complex SEMH needs, and to support small group interventions. You will work under the guidance of the Assistant Head and teaching staff to promote learning, inclusion and independence.

Hours are 1pm–3pm, five days a week, 10 hours weekly during term time and TED days. This is a fixed-term post until 21 July 2027, with term-time working.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs preferred.
• Able to use interventions and strategies to promote learning.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with complex SEMH needs.
• Assist with small group interventions to promote inclusion and learning.
• Support pupils in accessing curriculum and personal development opportunities.
