Job summary

Park Lane Academy is seeking a SEMH Inclusion Coach to support individual pupils and small groups, helping them thrive and access the curriculum with tailored interventions. You will work with inclusion leaders to strengthen systems supporting families and wellbeing, while fostering a welcoming, inclusive school culture.

The role values strong communication, teamwork, and a positive, proactive attitude, with a commitment to personal and student growth within a supportive school community.
