Park Lane Academy in West Yorkshire is seeking an SEMH Inclusion Coach to support pupils individually or in small groups, helping them access the national curriculum and thrive. You will work with inclusion leaders to develop robust systems for families and students’ wellbeing and pastoral development.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and a positive, proactive approach to guiding children toward confidence and success in their schooling journey.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication with pupils, families and staff.
• Ability to develop inclusive systems and interventions.
• Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing.
