Park Lane Academy in West Yorkshire is seeking a SEMH Inclusion Coach to support individual pupils or small groups, helping them shine and reach their full potential through targeted interventions and related programmes.

You will work with inclusion leaders to develop robust systems that support families and pupil wellbeing, helping all students access the national curriculum with confidence and care.

Join us as a SEMH Inclusion Coach at Park Lane Academy

Whether it's through targeted interventions or planned research driven programmes, you'll be right there, cheering them on and guiding their progress.

You will support inclusion leaders in developing robust systems and processes that support families and students wellbeing, and pastoral development. You'll help all our pupils feel included, confident, and excited to take part in school life-and access the national curriculum in a way that works for them. With your great communication skills and positive energy, you'll inspire, support, and bring out the very best in every child you work with.
