Job summary

Pertemps Education Network is recruiting a Mental Health Teaching Assistant for a small specialist school near Crawley. You will support pupils with SEMH needs, build trust, and assist in delivering SEMH-focused interventions alongside teachers and therapists.

No prior experience required; full training and CPD are provided. This position is full-time term-time and starts ASAP, offering meaningful, hands-on experience in mental health and education.

• Provide emotional safety for students with trauma or ACEs.
