Qualifications
Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply.

Responsibilities
Providing tailored behaviour and emotional support to KS3/KS4 pupils.
Supporting young people displaying emotional dysregulation and low self-esteem.
Using de-escalation and restorative conversations to maintain a safe environment.
