Job summary

East Sussex Academy, part of London South East Academies Trust, is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students with SEMH needs in an Alternative Provision setting. The role focuses on mentoring, emotional regulation, attendance and wellbeing, in a supportive, restorative environment.

Closed Date: 30 October 2026. Salary from £25,194 per annum, term-time only. You will engage with families and professionals to help students build resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
