Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is working with schools in Carshalton seeking an enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils who face emotional and behavioural challenges. You will help pupils stay engaged in learning and build confidence, working 1:1 or with small groups.

The role focuses on providing direction, encouragement and a positive influence in the classroom, supporting teachers with SEMH needs and modelling calm, patient behaviour. Prior experience in schools or SEND is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in schools, youth work, coaching, care work, or SEND support.
