Job summary

Academics Ltd in Rotherham is seeking a resilient Behaviour Mentor / SEMH Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs across partner schools. The role focuses on emotional regulation, re-engagement with learning, and building confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour.
• A TA qualification is desirable, but not essential.
• Eligibility to work in the UK with strong references.
• DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
