You will deliver targeted interventions and work under the SEMH Base Lead Teacher and Pastoral Lead to create a safe, structured environment.

The role requires experience with SEMH needs, a calm and empathetic approach, and strong teamwork to build positive relationships and maintain professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs.
• Experience working within a school or educational setting.
• Safeguarding commitment and Enhanced DBS disclosure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions with individuals or small groups.
• Provide classroom support to ensure learning access and positive behaviours.
• Support students’ academic learning, social development and emotional wellbeing.
