Job summary

Integra Education is seeking tutors to provide English and Maths tuition up to GCSE for students in Warrington and surrounding areas. The role focuses on Looked After Children, SEND and SEMH needs, building trust and delivering consistent, tailored lessons.

The tutor will adapt approaches to individual learning, ensure engagement, and support progress toward positive educational outcomes. Flexible hours up to 25 per week, term-time only, with support from a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• UK-recognised teaching qualification or proven tuition experience.
• Experience supporting students with SEND and/or SEMH needs (essential).
• Strong knowledge in English and Maths.
• Ability to differentiate lessons effectively.
• Patient, resilient and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

Tutor - SEND / SEMH | Warrington & Surrounding Areas

Integra Education is committed to supporting Looked After Children (LAC), students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and young people experiencing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, including those who are currently out of mainstream education.

Due to a significant increase in demand, we are receiving a high volume of tuition requests across Warrington and the surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity for passionate tutors to make a real difference in the lives of students who require additional, tailored support.

This is a long-term role focused on providing consistency, building trust, and helping students overcome barriers to learning while working towards positive educational outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• A UK-recognised teaching qualification or proven tuition experience
• Experience supporting students with SEND and/or SEMH needs (essential)
