Job summary

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in Wales is seeking self-motivated individuals to run their own sales business backed by a trusted national organisation. You’ll be your own boss with flexible scheduling and full support from FSB to help you succeed.

As a Membership Advisor you’ll win new members, build a territory plan, generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals, while leveraging Salesforce CRM to stay organized and grow your income.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and resilience to drive your own business.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a sales role.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• A valid full UK driving licence.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
