Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Reformer Instructor to design dynamic, engaging classes that help members become stronger, more aligned and rejuvenated. The role welcomes those with an OFQual Level 3 Reformer or equivalent, with an in-house pathway to qualify in Reformer.

You will operate in purpose-built studios and enjoy opportunities for career progression. The hiring process includes auditions to join a vibrant team that supports physical and mental wellbeing

Qualifications

• Holds OFQual Level 3 Reformer or equivalent.
• Alternative: Fitness Level 3, Mat Pilates Level 3, or Exercise to Music Level 2.
• Reformer qualification may be provided by David Lloyd Clubs with a training agreement or fee.

About the Role

As a Reformer Instructor at David Lloyd Clubs, you will create dynamic, engaging, and results-driven classes that leave members feeling stronger, more aligned, and rejuvenated. The role is open to passionate certified instructors, including those looking to qualify in Reformer through an in-house training pathway. Team members are considered the ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the club does, within an environment designed to help teams thrive physically and mentally.

Key Responsibilities

• Create dynamic, engaging, and results-driven Reformer classes that leave members feeling stronger, more aligned, and rejuvenated.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Already holds an ofQual recognised level 3 reformer qualification.
• Alternatively, for those looking to qualify in Reformer, holds one of the following: Fitness Level 3, Mat Pilates Level 3, or Exercise to Music Level 2 qualification.
• If the Reformer qualification is provided by David Lloyd Clubs, a training agreement contract will be in place, or the fee for the qualification will be chargeable.
