Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Reformer Instructor to run dynamic Reformer Pilates classes at our UK clubs. You will adapt sessions to all fitness levels, ensuring members feel stronger, aligned, and rejuvenated while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates hold Mat Pilates Level 3 and Reformer Level 3, with a passion for health and wellness and strong communication skills. Auditions are part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Must hold Mat Pilates Level 3 qualification.

As a Reformer Instructor you : You must hold a recognised Mat Pilates Level 3 and Reformer Level 3 qualification to apply for this role (RQF-aligned, awarding body accredited - e.g. YMCA, Active IQ, OFQUAL, CIMSPA)

Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.

Be passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.

Great communication skills.

Be self-driven with a positive outlook

Have a passion for customer service.

Auditions will be held on the 8th August at David Lloyd Clubs Bromsgrove.
