Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Reformer Instructor to lead dynamic Reformer Pilates classes, helping members feel stronger, more aligned, and rejuvenated. You will deliver engaging sessions, adapt for all fitness levels, and foster a welcoming club culture.

• Must hold Mat Pilates Level 3 and Reformer Level 3 qualifications (RQF-aligned).
• Able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire members.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Strong customer-service mindset.

As a Reformer Instructor you : You must hold a recognised Mat Pilates Level 3 and Reformer Level 3 qualification to apply for this role (RQF-aligned, awarding body accredited - e.g. YMCA, Active IQ, OFQUAL, CIMSPA)

Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
