Equals One Ltd is seeking a Property Maintenance Operative to work on a self-employed basis across Hull and surrounding areas. The role is 20 hours per week with overtime, and pay is dependent on experience.

You will undertake repairs and maintenance in residential properties, including social housing and HMOs. The ideal candidate has handyman/joinery experience, knowledge of building regulations for social housing and HMOs, a full UK driving licence, and your own tools.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in handyman, joinery or property maintenance.
• Good practical joinery and general repair skills.
• Knowledge of building regulations and standards relating to social housing and HMOs.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle initially - company van provided in due course.
• Own basic tools.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work; overtime when required.
• Good communication skills and professional manner when working in customers' homes.
