Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment in Leatherhead is seeking a Self Employed Property Consultant to build and develop a residential sales business across the Leatherhead area, with the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own clients and pipeline.

You will generate new instructions through valuations, prospecting and local business development, build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, and manage the sales process from valuation through to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential estate agency and sales.
• Proven ability to win new business and secure instructions.
• Excellent knowledge of Leatherhead and Surrey market.
• Strong valuation, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own car required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new instructions through valuations, prospecting and local business development.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts.
• Carry out property valuations and provide accurate market advice.
• Manage the sales process from instruction through to completion.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress completed sales.
• Develop your personal profile and grow your local property business.
