You will oversee valuations, drive sales, and nurture relationships with vendors and buyers, while benefiting from an established brand and professional support.

Qualifications

• Residential estate agency experience in Cobham area
• Proven track record of winning new business and securing instructions
• Excellent knowledge of Cobham and surrounding Surrey market
• Confident valuation, negotiation and business development skills
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and capable of working independently
• Professional, personable and well-presented manner
• Full UK driving licence and own car required

Responsibilities

• Generating new instructions through valuations, prospecting and local business development
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts
• Carrying out property valuations and providing accurate market advice
• Managing the sales process from initial instruction through to completion
• Conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing agreed sales
• Developing your personal profile and growing your own local property business
