Job summary

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is seeking a self-employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its award-winning partnership in the UK. You’ll chat with clients, assess mortgage and protection needs, and provide expert guidance to support home buyers.

Remote/ hybrid work from the Dinnington/ Sheffield area is available with uncapped earnings, a strong commission structure, warm leads, and full compliance and admin support to help you grow your own business.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a mortgage adviser.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Organised and able to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Chat with clients to understand mortgage and protection needs.
• Provide expert, honest advice on mortgages and protection options.
• Guide clients through the home-buying journey and keep up with market changes.

Earnings: Uncapped Commission, realistic OTE £70-80K

• Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
• Offering expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Guiding people through the home-buying journey - and making it less scary!
• Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria.

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent, must have)
• Previous experience in mortgage advising essential, 2 years +
