Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is seeking an Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our award-winning partnership in Hull. You will chat with clients to understand mortgage and protection needs and offer expert, honest advice on a wide range of products, guiding remortgage journeys with confidence.

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a mortgage adviser.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Location: Hull

Employment Type: Employed

Earnings: £30K base salary, uncapped Commission, realistic OTE £45-50K

• Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
• Offering expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Guiding people through the remortgage journey - and making it less scary!
• Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria.

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent, must have)
• Previous experience in mortgage advising essential, 2 years +
• Self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset
• Great communicator and genuinely good with people.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
