Job summary

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is seeking a Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its award-winning partnership in Sheffield. You will work on a hybrid basis out of the Sheffield office, chatting with clients and providing expert mortgage and protection advice while building your own business with full support.

You’ll stay on top of market changes, guide clients through home-buying, and benefit from warm leads plus flexible working arrangements and a leading CRM system.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience advising on a range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and strong people skills.
• Must be organised and able to manage workload independently.

Responsibilities

• Chat with clients to understand mortgage and protection needs.
• Provide expert, honest advice on mortgage products and protection options.
• Guide clients through the home-buying journey and lender criteria changes.
• Stay updated on market changes and lender criteria relevant to clients.
