Job summary

Mortgage Advice Bureau in Hull is seeking an Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing partner network. You will chat with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs and deliver expert, honest advice on a wide range of products.

You’ll guide clients through the remortgage journey, stay on top of lender criteria, and benefit from warm leads, a competitive commission structure, and hybrid working supported by strong tech and CRM.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage advising.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Organised with ability to manage own workload.

Earnings: £30K base salary, uncapped Commission, realistic OTE £45-50K

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent, must have)
• Previous experience in mortgage advising essential, 2 years +
• Self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset
• Great communicator and genuinely good with people.
