Clark James Recruitment is seeking a Self-Employed Mortgage Broker in the South of England. You will assess clients' financial situations, discuss mortgage needs, and research lender products to recommend suitable options.

You will prepare and submit applications, liaise with lenders and clients, and track progress through to completion while maintaining compliant records. Leads are provided to support growth and uncapped earnings potential is offered.

• Experience in advising clients on mortgage solutions.

• Assess clients' financial circumstances and mortgage needs.
• Research and compare mortgage products from lenders.
• Explain options, eligibility, and requirements clearly.
• Prepare and submit applications and liaise with clients, lenders and professionals.
• Track applications and keep records up to date.
• Build relationships with branch teams and clients.
• Service new and existing clients and provide expert advice.
• Attract new customers; leads provided; admin and compliance support.
