Job summary

Clark James Recruitment is seeking a Self-Employed Mortgage Broker in the South of England. You will assess clients' financial situations, discuss mortgage needs, and research lender products to recommend suitable options.

You will prepare and submit applications, liaise with lenders and clients, and track progress through to completion while maintaining compliant records. Leads are provided to support growth and uncapped earnings potential is offered.

Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly regarded Mortgage business.

Due to further business expansion our client is looking to recruit a Self-Employed Mortgage Broker to join the business.

Role

• Home or office based, please note, applicants must be living in the South of England.
• Working with the existing team you will work as a Mortgage Broker to assess clients financial circumstances and discuss their mortgage needs and objectives.
• Research and compare mortgage products from available lenders.
• Explain options, eligibility criteria and application requirements clearly.
• Prepare and submit applications, liaising with clients, lenders and relevant professionals.
• Track applications, request outstanding information and keep records up to date.
• Ability to build a strong relationship with the Branch team.
• Servicing new and existing clients, you will assist customers through the Mortgage process offering expert advice on products that will meet the customers requirements.
• Ability to attract new customers.
• Leads can be provided.
• Admin and compliance provided.

Candidate

• Previous Mortgage experience is required.
• Previous experience of sales generation is required.
• Must be enthusiastic and able to demonstrate great customer service and telephone skills.
• Driven.
• Presentable.
• Confident.
• Committed and willing to forge a long term career within a long established and professional business.
• Fully CeMAP or equivalent qualified.
