Clark James Recruitment is seeking a motivated CeMAP qualified Mortgage Broker to join our client on an employed or self-employed basis in London. You will service leads provided and actively generate new business, guiding clients through the mortgage process and coordinating with lenders, solicitors and valuers.

Qualifikationen

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent essential.
• Previous Mortgage Broking experience essential.

• Service qualified leads and pro-actively generate new business.
• Support and guide clients through the property mortgage process, through to completion.
• Liaise with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and valuers.
• Encourage long-term relationships with clients that lead to additional lending or remortgaging opportunities.
• All leads provided by the firm with high quality prospects.
• Office based role with no weekend work.
