Placing Faces in Sheffield is seeking a self-employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its team in a hybrid working environment. You will work with a mix of company-generated leads and your own referrals to grow your client base and income.

The role offers flexible arrangements, with an equal split on company leads (50/50) and a 70/30 split on self-generated business. CeMAP qualified advisers with existing client networks are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Recent experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser (1+ years).
• A solid understanding of mortgage products, protection policies and the application process.
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to clients' needs.
• Manage mortgage applications from enquiry to completion.
• Recommend protection products to safeguard clients and families.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and social media.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to clients' individual needs.
• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Recommend suitable protection products to safeguard clients and their families.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and social media.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all advice meets regulatory and compliance requirements.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• Recent experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser (1+ years).
• CeMAP qualified.
• A good understanding of mortgage products, protection policies and the application process.
• An existing client bank or established referral network would be beneficial.
