Job summary

Inspire Financial North East in Sunderland is expanding and seeks a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to build a long-term client base. You will work in a self-employed model with access to mortgage and protection leads, backed by an experienced team and opportunities to develop your advisory business.

The role starts with an office-based period, then moves to hybrid or remote work. Generous commission (60/40 in your favour), income potential, and ongoing training support are offered to help you

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Manage client cases efficiently from enquiry through to completion.
• Develop your personal referral network and generate additional business opportunities.
• Work compliantly and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the wider Inspire Financial North East team.
