The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) invites motivated individuals to join as Self-Employed Membership Advisor in Yorkshire. You’ll run your own sales business backed by a trusted national organisation that has supported UK small businesses for over 50 years.

You’ll win new members, build a smart territory plan, generate referrals, and close deals with small business owners, all on your own schedule. Enjoy uncapped commission, unlimited flexibility, and unrivalled support.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Confidence in building relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) – helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
