Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Group, is seeking High Court Enforcement Officers (Certificated) as self-employed field agents across the UK. You will enforce writs, support clients and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Applicants must hold a certificated enforcement agent certificate, a valid UK driving licence, DBS clearance, and a clean credit history where repayments arrangements exist. Flexible 2 days/week minimum, 8 hours/day, with training and development provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Certificated Enforcement Agent certificate and be listed on the Certificated Enforcement Agent Register.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance.
• DBS check required; clear credit history (CCJs accepted if repayments arranged).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Enforce court writs on behalf of clients and local authorities.
• Recover debts or seize goods where appropriate, with professionalism.
• Negotiate and arrange payment plans with empathy and clarity.
• Maintain detailed case records and meet performance targets.
• Represent Engage Services and Marston Holdings with integrity.
