Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking a Self-Employed Enforcement Agent for the Reading area. This field-based role involves recovering monies on behalf of taxpayers, businesses and individuals through ethical and integrated court order compliance.

Commission only with uncapped earnings and realistic OTE £35K-£90K after certification. A full UK driving licence is required and willingness to commute around RG postcode area. Training is provided to become certificated/licensed enforcement agent.

Qualifications

• Must be confident and self-motivated.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in a self-employed role.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience managing vulnerable and challenging situations.
• Commission only role or customer-facing field-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Recover monies on behalf of taxpayers, businesses and individuals through ethical and integrated court order compliance.
• Field-based role with travel within the RG postcode area.
• Training provided to become certificated/licensed enforcement agent.
