Job summary

Comex 2000 UK Ltd is seeking self‑employed FTTH engineers to install and maintain Full Fibre services on the Openreach network for residential and business customers. You will manage end‑to‑end installations across overhead lines and underground ducts, with hands‑on field work and safety as priorities.

Responsibilities include visiting sites, setting up internal cabling in homes and businesses, and performing network maintenance on live ducts and poles.

Qualifications

• NRSWA SLG and PIA accreditations; experience with overhead and underground PIA networks.
• Additional accreditations such as A001, S8, SA051C, SA002, SA007, S7, N022, SA020, N037, K008 are highly desirable.
• Strong practical telecom network knowledge and ability to use power tools and mobile job management apps.

Responsibilities

• Network build-outs: install telecom services by running overhead lines and subducting ducts underground.
• Customer installations: visit homes or businesses to set up internal cabling and ensure services are working.
• Network maintenance: work with live network infrastructures ducts and poles.
• Reporting & admin: record work and keep information up to date.
