Job summary

Lancashire Independent Living Service is seeking a personal assistant to support a friendly, energetic male with autism in his home and the local community. The role focuses on companionship and mentoring to develop social skills and independent living abilities.

You will help identify local activities, access opportunities, and assist with money management and household tasks, while fostering friendships and positive relationships, including LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Qualifications

• Provide companionship and mentoring to develop social skills.

Job Role The main job role will be to act as a companion and mentor supporting with the ongoing development of social skills. Independent living skills, whilst broadening his knowledge of activities and groups available locally. Main tasks involve
