Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support our son to develop confidence, independence and social opportunities within the local community.
• Help him access enjoyable and meaningful activities and build trusting relationships.
• Provide calm, autism-aware support including some personal care and day-to-day guidance.
• Encourage independence whilst providing the right level of support.
• Occasional travel across East Riding of Yorkshire may be required; you must be able to transport yourself.
• DBS clearance will be required.
