Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking fully qualified Electricians to join an ongoing EICR programme for social housing properties across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex.

You will work as a self-employed sub-contractor with own van and calibrated tester, performing EICRs and C1/C2 remedials at £300–£500 per day, with additional SOR-coded works available.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with social housing/EICR experience.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 2391 inspection/testing.
• 18th Edition, Gold Card or AM2 required, own van and tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EICRs for social housing properties across multiple counties.
• Work on an ongoing EICR programme as a self-employed subcontractor.
• Deliver C1 and C2 remedials, plus additional SOR-coded works as available.

We are currently recruiting fully qualified Self-Employed Electricians to work on an ongoing EICR programme for our Housing Association.

The housing stock is concentrated across:

• Berkshire
• Oxfordshire
• Hampshire
• Surrey
• Sussex

Rates & Work

• £100 per EICR + C1 and C2 remedials
• Additional SOR-coded works available
• Ongoing programme of work
• Social housing properties
• Self-employed / subcontract
• CIS or Limited Company

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 2391 Inspection & Testing
• 18th Edition
• Gold Card or AM2
• Own van
• Own calibrated tester and tools
• Previous social housing / EICR experience
• Able to work independently
