Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Tester / EICR Electrician for an ongoing social housing programme in the Birmingham area. You will carry out domestic EICR testing in occupied properties and produce detailed reports.

There is a price-work structure with earnings of £300-£500 per day, immediate starts and local allocations where possible, offering a consistent workload for reliable testers.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 2391/2394/2395 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Valid DBS Basic check and UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EICR testing in occupied social housing properties.
• Prepare detailed reports for each property.
• Manage own workload and work independently.

Are you an experienced Electrical Testerlooking for consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential?

We are recruiting multiple EICR Electriciansto join an ongoing social housing programme carrying out domestic EICR testing across occupied properties.

Please note: the company will endeavor to book continual properties for testing, however this is subject to tenant availability.
