Job summary

Keys Group is seeking dedicated tutors to deliver tailored one-to-one sessions across English, Maths, and life skills to young learners aged 5-16 who face barriers to mainstream education. Sessions occur in community settings or students’ homes and require flexible scheduling and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering the UK curriculum (particularly secondary/ GCSE).
• Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.
• Understanding of SEN, including ASD, ADHD and mental health needs.
• Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH learners.
• Minimum availability of 2 days per week.
• Ability to travel (full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance and breakdown cover).
• A patient, resilient, and resourceful approach.
• First Aid qualification (desirable).

Who We Support

You will work with young people who are:

• Excluded or at risk of exclusion
• School refusers
• Experiencing disruption due to health or home circumstances
• At risk of entering the criminal justice system
  QTS or QTLS (due to the requirements of the young people we support)
