Job Title: Self Employed Delivery Driver

Location: Bridgend + Surrounding

Pay rate: £5-£5.75/stop, up to 50 stops per day, up to £1,700 a week.

Shift: Monday to Saturday

Type: Temp to Perm

Start Date: Immediately

Regional Recruitment is pleased to work alongside a successful distributor in the Bridgend area. The ideal candidate will carry out the following duties & responsibilities:

1. Carry out vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
2. Maintain the vehicle clean & safe.
3. Deliver correct items to the right address.
4. Maintain a driving log & complete daily paperwork for each delivery.
5. Follow local driving laws & road regulations.
6. Deliver a minimum of 45-50 parcels daily.
7. Deliver furniture in flat boxes, weighing up to 40kg.

Please be aware that:

• The candidate MUST OWN or RENT a LWB High Roof Van (H3H3/H3H2 3.5t).
• Must hold Public Liability, Goods in Transit, and Motor Insurance for Hire and Reward.
• Must have a full UK driver's license.
