Job Title: Self Employed Delivery Driver

Location: Bridgend + Surrounding

Pay rate: £5-£5.75/stop, up to 50 stops per day, up to £1,700 a week.

Shift: Monday to Saturday

Type: Temp to Perm

Start Date: Immediately

Regional Recruitment is pleased to collaborate with a successful distributor in the Bridgend area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Carrying out vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
2. Maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness and safety.
3. Delivering correct items to the right addresses.
4. Maintaining a driving log and completing daily paperwork for each delivery.
5. Following local driving laws and road regulations.
6. Delivering a minimum of 45-50 parcels daily.
7. Delivering furniture in flat boxes weighing up to 40kg.

Please be aware that:

1. You must own or rent a LWB 3.5t van (H3H3/H3H2).
2. You must hold the necessary insurances: Public Liability, Goods in Transit, Motor Certificate Insurance for Hire and Reward.
3. You must have a full UK driving license.
