Job summary

CO Home Improvements in Leyland is seeking dedicated Conservatory Installers to support the installation of extensions, conservatories, orangeries and replacement roofs. You will represent the brand and ensure top-notch customer service throughout the fitting and survey phases.

Roles may be self-employed or employed, with a driving licence and liability insurance required. Prior Ultraframe experience is a plus, and all installations will focus on accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience fitting conservatories, orangeries and extensions.
• Ultraframe experience would be a benefit.
• MTC card or the ability to achieve MTC.
• Full driving license.
• Relevant liability insurance.
• Ability to deliver a fantastic level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys with accurate measurements and specifications.
• Maintain survey calendar and attend scheduled appointments.
• Confirm project details with customers and advise on solutions.
• Identify design improvements while preserving sales process.
• Complete survey documentation, including photos and variation orders, on time.
• Ensure customers understand their specifications.
• Submit planning applications and liaise with suppliers, inspectors and installation teams.
• Attend installations to support project success and meet or exceed expectations.
