Job summary

CO Home Improvements in Leyland is recruiting dedicated Conservatory Installers to join our growing team. You will conduct surveys, provide expert fitting, and liaise with customers to ensure a high-quality install experience.

We welcome candidates with conservatory/extension fitting experience, Ultraframe knowledge, and a valid driving license, with self-employed or employed options available. Join us to deliver exceptional home improvement projects across the North of England.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitting conservatories, orangeries, or extensions.
• Ultraframe experience would be beneficial.
• MTC card or ability to obtain one.
• Full driving license is required.
• Liability insurance held or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate window/door surveys with precise measurements.
• Maintain survey calendar and attend scheduled appointments.
• Confirm project details with customers and advise on solutions.
• Document design improvements while preserving sales process integrity.
• Complete survey docs with photos and variations within deadlines.
• Ensure customers understand agreed specifications.

Our focus is to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. To support our ongoing business growth, we are recruiting for dedicated and driven Conservatory Installers to join us.

About The Role

In this customer facing role, you will be expected to support the reputation of the West Yorkshire Windows brand and provide our customers with an excellent fitting experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct accurate window and door surveys, ensuring precise measurements and specifications.
• Maintain an up:to:date survey calendar and attend all scheduled appointments.
• Confirm project details with customers, reinforcing confidence in the sale and providing expert advice on solutions.
• Identify and document any necessary design improvements while maintaining the integrity of the sales process.
• Complete all survey documentation, including photographs and contract variation orders, within prescribed timeframes.
• Ensure customers fully understand their agreed specifications.
• Submit planning applications and liaise with third:party suppliers, building inspectors, and installation teams when required.
• Attend installations as needed to support project success and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for either window fitters or conservatory fitters to join and represent our fantastic brand. Please get in touch if the following sounds like you:

• Ultraframe experience would be a benefit
• MTC card or the ability to achieve MTC
• Hold a full driving license
