Job summary

CO Home Improvements in Kendal is seeking experienced Conservatory Installers to support growth. You will survey windows and doors, take precise measurements, and liaise with customers to ensure a seamless fitting experience.

The role covers fitting conservatories, orangeries and extensions with strong emphasis on customer service. A full driving license and liability insurance are required, with self-employed or employed options available to suit the candidate.

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate window and door surveys with precise measurements.
• Attend scheduled surveys and maintain up-to-date calendars.
• Explain specifications and advise on solutions to customers.
• Document design improvements and process variations as needed.
• Complete survey documentation including photos and contracts.
• Ensure customers understand agreed specifications.
• Liaise with suppliers, inspectors and installation teams when required.
• Attend installations to support project success and satisfy customers.
