Job summary

CO Home Improvements in Leyland is seeking experienced Conservatory Installers to join our team. You will conduct surveys, measure accurately, and support customers through the fitting process, delivering high-quality installations across the North of England.

We offer self-employed or employed options, with driving licence and liability insurance required. Experience with conservatories/extension installations and MTC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience fitting conservatories, orangeries and extensions.
• MTC card or the ability to achieve MTC.
• Full driving licence required.
• Have liability insurance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate window and door surveys, ensuring precise measurements.
• Attend installations as needed to support project success and customer satisfaction.
• Submit planning applications and liaise with third‑party suppliers, building inspectors, and installation teams.
• Identify and document design improvements while maintaining sales process integrity.
• Complete survey documentation, including photos and contracts within deadlines.
• Ensure customers understand their agreed specifications and options.
