Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Security Officer to join our client-site team in Bristol. You will provide professional security services, greet visitors, and support day-to-day building operations while maintaining high service standards in reception and meeting areas.

You will work closely with building management, manage visitor processes, and ensure parking is allocated appropriately. The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and basic IT literacy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to respond to issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors promptly using correct protocols to make them feel valued.
• Assist with day-to-day running of the building.
• Maintain exceptional service in reception areas and meeting suites and contact hosts as needed.
• Build knowledge of policies, systems, and developments to help staff and visitors.
• Answer telephones promptly and transfer calls or take messages.
• Collaborate with Building Management to coordinate efforts.
• Manage car parking and ensure visitors use allocated bays.
