Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Security Transformation Consultant with SAP and/or Oracle security expertise to join our growing Security Transformation team in London. You will work with client stakeholders to assess security challenges, define target-state capabilities and deliver security transformation across ERP environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, technology consulting or transformation programmes with SAP/Oracle environments.
• Experience in SAP/Oracle security areas such as IAM, roles & authorisations, PAM, SoD, controls or governance.
• Experience contributing to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud or Oracle ERP transformations is advantageous.
• Ability to translate findings into target-state requirements and transformation plans.
• Experience owning a defined area within a programme with limited supervision.
• Strong understanding of security risks and controls for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined functional or technical area within SAP/Oracle security transformation workstreams.
• Assess current-state security capabilities across SAP/Oracle environments to identify risks and gaps.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Develop outputs including assessments, designs, requirements and roadmaps.
• Provide security expertise across IAM, roles, PAM, SoD and governance.
• Translate risks and needs into pragmatic recommendations.
• Contribute to target-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with workstream leads and multidisciplinary teams to manage dependencies.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables and present findings clearly.
• Mentor analysts and support junior team members.
